Connecting Cultures
Connecting Cultures is a year round multi-cultural performance and education programme developed by Music Worldwide and supported with funding by Arts Council England and Norfolk County Council. The project works in partnership with Norfolk Music Hub and othe LCEP's.
The project deliver a series of schools learning activity and performance events exploring the sacred music, rhythms and voices of different faith communities and cultures that have settled in Norwich, and across the county of Norfolk.
Six concerts were presented in 2022 including music from Africa, The Middle East, Latin-America, India and Eastern Europe. These concerts took place across heritage venues and theatres in the city of Norwich.
