GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
Our Music Worldwide Drum Camp 2025 event will take place from Thursday 28th August to Sunday 31st August.
EARLYBIRD TICKETS!
100 earlybird full event tickets for our 2025 event will be on sale on a first come-first serve basis until sold out from 12.00pm mid day Friday 1st November 2024. This earlybird price offer only applies to adult full event tickets (Thursday-Sunday).
If you miss out on an earlybird ticket, General full event, weekend (Sat/Sun only), one day, carer and under 15 tickets will also be on sale from 12.00pm Friday 1st November.
Full event ticket holders can arrive from 13.00 on Thursday 28th August. Please do not arrive any earlier than that.
Children and families are most welcome at Drum Camp. 4-15 year old tickets are just £20 for an anytime entry ticket and includes all workshop entry and materials.
Caravans, Motorhomes & Live-In Vehicles: A small additional charge of £10 will be made for Motorhome, Caravan and Live-in Vehicle users to cover our costs for Elsan tank emptying. Buy the number of adult (and child tickets if applicable) you require, then select ONE Live-in vehicle ticket for your party that will need purchasing for the Elsan facilities. Scroll down list below to add your Caravan, Motorhome or Live-in Vehicle ticket to your order.
There is NO charge or ticket needed if you are staying in a tent. For off-site accomodation options click here
We are happy to offer Carer tickets free for those ticket holders that require assistance with mobility or other needs. Purchase 1 general entry option or earlybird ticket from the selection below, then select a carer ticket to get your free carer pass. You will need to purchase a Live-in Vehicle ticket, if applicable.
Our Full Event Monthly Payment Plan ticket will go on sale 1st December for the opportunity to spread your payments over 4 months. We will remind you about this nearer the time on our social media pages and newsletters.
Group Ticket Discounts: If you run, or are a member of a regular Samba, Djembe or Frame drum group, or attend weekly dance classes, we can offer attractive group ticket discounts for group bookings of 12 or more. Please contact us in the first instance and we can tell you more about this offer that can save £s off of ticket prices.
We are sorry, but in agreement with the farmer, no dogs are allowed on site, unless they are registered care or assistance pets.
We cannot issue a refund within 30 days before the event. If you have to cancel your ticket your will need to contact us in the first instance Click on Contact us link here
